Nobody asked me. I don't need to be asked to comment. I comment on lame sh*it, that's what the fu*ck that was.

Ah heh heh heh - got to hear the new record. Sounds great. I already forget what it's called. I think it's now called Vapor From The Wings. Or maybe it's Bend Over Delta (And Take It In The @$$). I think y'all are gonna really like this one. South Florida was awesome. I've gotta move there someday.

Yea, that's right. And Aaron Neville sings through his nose. There are so many things that I dismiss, he and his brothers would be one of them. Does Aaron Neville still sport that big old mole on his face. That's a waste of a spot light. Were's the SH*T where's MR. GRAYSON F*F**KING CAPPS. Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Had a funny conversation with some ladies outside Angler's that night. After you guys played Sock Monkey. They thought Tommy was singing "Side Nookie". Anyway...Safe travels and Enjoy! We'll see you when you get back home again. Peace & Love
P.S. I'm really hoping "Make me Smile" is on the new recording". I absolutely love that song.

Oh, Love...please never, ever mention the Nevilles in the same space as The Wook. Ya gotta spend some time in post Katrina NOLA to truly get it. They'll be at Jazz Fest this year and I don't EVEN care. Grayson should be here, but whomever decides who makes the cut is more interested in pure commercialism than down-home heart-felt music. John Prine will be there...him I will see and worship! Rant over. Over and out...the Wench

It is surely great music... just bring it along. What about Roskilde Festival next year 2009 ? Train(stage) in Århus(Town) or Amager Bio (stage) in Copenhagen ? After all you have my devotion and ears

ops: When is your birthday Sweet Honey Pie? I didn't know. I'm sorry. Some Biggest Fan I am. Happy Birthday . It's a blessed day for sure. It should be a holiday that's what, printed on every calender. I bet this near worship stuff really erks you. I just don't know any other way to let you know how important you are. One person doing what they ought to be doing no matter what anyone else is doing. You are rare and beautiful. I've noticed your hair line which by some standards is not beautiful. But you make tall, lancky, hairy, Wookishness beautiful. You were marked for uniqueness and you turned it in to success . It can be turned into other things . Be safe and enjoy your time abroad. I'm reading about Fankie/F.Jasmine, Bernese SADIE Brown, and John Henry West. looking for the we of me. Time was made for slaves. We's all caught. That is why I got to stop writting now I'm caught, a slave. That and nobody wants to hear me ramble. G I love you. G I do. G I hope you love me too.

I recently had the opportunity to see the Neville Brothers in a very small and serioulsy cool venue. They had a multitude of instruments on stage, yes, even a piano, and changes of instruments all throughout the show. There were many more people performing than I had expected. Of course, every one waits anxiously for the lights to dim and shine down upon Aaron alone, who did, as expected and hoped for, amaze the crowd with that angelic voice alone with one simple instrument accompanying him and once again his voice, all alone, filled the theatre and gently hushed the crowd. But that is their thing. What made me think of you, of course, was the New Orleans Cajun Rock-n-roll, down and dirty gritty southerns sounds. They weren't in tuxes, P.O.C.E.S.M, nor were they playing elevator music. As does the famous Ballardere, but they were full of animation and spirit and the fun of having lasted for over 32 years on stage with crowds still going nuts. You'll be there too, Gray. Take Care of Yourself and keep up the Farming, if that is in fact true...good for the mind, body and soul to be in the fields all day. Risin' at sunshine to get in a full days work and tend to the crops. Gives a man time to think...and to write. Have you eaten a warm, sunshined filled, vine picked tomato yet, right out there in the field. Nothing better in this world. Nothin' more simple nor satisfying than planting a seed, watching it grow, tended to its needs, then piF**KING the vegetable to eat, sell or give away. We're gone from the south now and I suppose won't be in the mix any longer. But your music and memory will live on in the mind of a little boy, as his first "nano" show. He rocked with the Brothers too. Take Care Southern Man and Happy birthday. Love

I had a chance to hear the new record, really liking the use of the large band of stock musicians and orchestral arrangements, it's about time you wised up and got a real band , just like Lyle Lovett, you're going places now, before you know it you'll be played in elevators all over the world , just like Lyle. stumpknockers in black tie, awesome ! p.o.c.e.s.m.

Here's another option for Jacqui from Australia, check out Louisiana Music Factory's online store, louisianamusicfactory.com they will not only have Grayson's current discs recorded as Grayson Capps but they should also have his releases from the band Stavin' Chain. And, the bonus to dealing with the Music Factory is that you are aiding a small New Orleans business. While your on that site buying Grayson's catalog browse other music, they have a very extensive collection of wonderful New Orleanian and Louisianian music. Thanks for your time. And, come visit us soon French Quarter Fest is around the corner and soon there after is the big one, the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival.
Love,

Grayson, loved your music in A Love Song For Bobby Long. Like your Dad Ronnie, I also new Bobby Long. Your Dad and I were High School friends and use to run around in his old "GTO" the Goat and had some great times together. Iwas known as the Benedict Arnold of Brewton for Changing High Schools in 1964 to play ball at Neal and T.R.Miller. I was amazed when I saw your dad do the Screenplay in the Movie. Have Ronnie e-mail me at Ronov53@yahoo.com
